Returns & Refund Policy
At Zivaya SkincareCo, we take pride in creating high-quality skincare products with care and intention. Due to the hygienic nature of skincare products, we have the following returns and refund policy in place.
Returns
We only accept returns if:
The item arrived damaged
The wrong item was received
The product is defective upon arrival
To qualify for a return:
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
The product must be unused and in its original packaging
Proof of purchase and clear photos of the item must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:
Opened skincare products
Used products
Products purchased on sale or promotion
Gift cards
Refunds
Once your request is reviewed and approved:
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our side
Allergic Reactions
Please review ingredient lists carefully before purchasing. Zivaya SkincareCo is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities to ingredients.
We recommend performing a patch test before full use.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for parcels delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
